A private session inverts the group dynamic entirely — the work is built around you, session by session, from what is actually there. After every session you receive personalised post-session notes — not a session record, but a reference document you can return to.

1:1 Private Yoga
Whether deepening an existing practice, finding modifications for how you actually move, or working with an injury — this is where that work happens. Sessions draw on Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and restorative practice as a vocabulary, not separate offerings.
